I was a poor, broken queen lying on tatters,
I only want solitude peace it's all that matters;
My heart thoroughly stabbed by millions of thorns,
And yet, still beating despite series of storms.
My heart grew old on heartbreaks faced,
My brain grew in painful wisdom traced;
I day I even swore to myself to close my heart,
But the tear was so deep that I fell apart.
I opened my eyes, when I was supposedly dead,
Someone whispered words in which He said:
You thought that this agony will be permanent,
Well excuse me and I will end up your torment.
I asked forgiveness for drifting away from Him,
That going back to Him became my main scheme;
The extreme emotion of repentance filled my heart,
I should've played my part He stated from the start.
Now I'm back in my shoes, standing on my feet,
This time, no more defeat and tears shall I repeat;
Shot down, stood up again, I'm still this life's queen,
With a Titanium Heart and God's grace, I still win.
I only want solitude peace it's all that matters;
My heart thoroughly stabbed by millions of thorns,
And yet, still beating despite series of storms.
My heart grew old on heartbreaks faced,
My brain grew in painful wisdom traced;
